ROWALLAN BSJA 25TH JUL 08

Franny Flight was 4th in the British Novice and double clear, Leon was 6th in the Newcomers double clear aswell, 1.15m open A4 which is one round against the clock, Wally jumped a lovley clear to be placed 7th, Olly and Domenique ended up 3rd.

DABBS EVENING SHOW 23RD JUL 08

Franny Flight won the British Novice also going double clear.

SNEC 20TH JUL 08

Andrew has done the double winning the Discovery second round for Scope on Wacintha (Wally)who won the second round last week at Ingliston, What a very good boy. Digger,Olly,Leon and Miel all had a fence in the 1st round.

SNEC 18TH JUL 08

It was an early start for the Anique Sport Horse Team but we had to get a good parking space. Franny Flight (Frank) had the last fence in the British Novice he then jumped the Discovery and went double clear he eventually was placed 6th. Digger was a very good boy he jumped Discovery and Newcomers and was double clear in both to get placed 5th and 6th. Leon was unlucky to have the last fence in the Newcomers as was Tesoro in the 1.15m open.Andrew was still on winning form with Hazel Laughlan's Vyonetty in the Newcomers. Foxhunter was the next class Andrew had Wally and Domenique had Olly they both had a couple down it was a testing track for these two 5 year olds but they coped well. Clicquot jumped the 1.30m open and had the second last fence down she jumped well round the course.We got home at 8pm another long day for the horses but thats them fed and in bed now.

BRITISH NOVICE 2ND ROUND Q

Andrew and Domenique had 5 horses qualified for this and Andrew was also riding Hazel Laughlan's bay mare Vyonetty. Andrew was 2nd to go on Vyonetty and the 1st clear the 2nd clear came 10 horses later when Andrew was riding our own Wacintha, Domenique had 4 faults with Anique Oliver and still had Digger to ride, Sam de Niel had 8 faults with Andrew, Digger was 38th to go and was the 5th clear. Warremo was last to go for Andrew and had 4 faults. A total of 48 horses jumped in this class which meant there were 2 qualifying places for Scope. 7 went through to the 1st jump off which is not timed and we jump in the order we were clear, so 1st to go Andrew and Vyonetty went clear followed by Wacintha also going clear then 5th in Digger he went clear.Jump off time, Again we jump off in the order we went clear. Andrew set a fast time on Hazel's Vyonetty then he went in and beat the time on Wacintha, so Andrew 1st and 2nd with another 3 to go Digger jumped great but had 4 faults to end up eventul 5th. Nobody else could beat Andrew so he took the 2 qualifying places for Scope.

INGLISTON E.C 10TH JUL 08

It was an early start today as we left at 7am with 7 on the lorry, We got there in time to run Franny Flight (Frank)and Digger round the clear round they both went clear not looking at any of there very nice jumps.Frank then had a fence in the jump off of the British Novice. Warremo again had the same one fence down. Next was the Newcomer class Andrew had Leon in it and he went double clear and was 6th. Domenique had a fence down with Digger. The 1.15m qualifier for Scope followed Andrew went clear on Wacintha and so did Domenique on Anique Oliver jump off time first to go was Domenique on Olly and jumped a good clear to end up 3rd Andrew and Wally had one down and wasn't placed.Last to jump was Domenique and Clicquot in the 1.25m where they had one fence down.All in all not a bad day as a good step forward for the novice horses.

DABBS DRESSAGE 6TH JUL 08

Well done to Claire Horisk and Teaser winning the unaffiliated prelim, and to Jen Coffey with Valerius F coming second in the prelim qualifier both horses were purchased from Anique Sport Horses.

CHAMPIONS OF SCOTLAND 5TH JUL 08

Digger ridden by Domenique was 3rd and double clear in the discovery and has gained his last double clear for next years discovery 2nd rounds.Andrew rode Warremo and was 6th in this class but had the 1st fence down in the jump off.

ROWALLAN PRE HIGHLAND SHOW 14TH JUN 08

Digger jumped in the Discovery class and was double clear but got no place. Olly was again double clear in the 1.15m and ended up 8th. Andrew was like a little boy on xmas day as he picked up his new horse a 4 year old Grey Gelding by Ricardo z his name is Franny Flight (Frank).

Olly was on good form going clear again in the 5 year old qualifier.

DABBS SNR BSJA 3RD-4TH JUN 08

The day started well with Olly and Wally going clear in the 5 year old qualifier.On the following day Digger headed the Discovery,Sam de Niel won the Newcomers for Andrew and Olly came 3rd in the 1.15m all of them going double clear.

ROWALLAN TUES SHOW 8TH APR 08

Again we took mickey and Dannii for the clear rounds and like the last time they were very good. Sam de Niel yet again on winning form in the Discovery with Warremo and Digger being 4th and 5th in the same class.

DABBS MID-WEEK SHOW 2ND APR 08

Digger came 3rd and double clear in the British Novice thats him qualified to jump the 2nd rounds for this year.Sam de Niel was again on winning form with Warremo taking 3rd in the Discovery. Andrew was 1st and 2nd in the Newcomers with Miel de Sapin and Sam de Niel plus going double clear.

DABBS SNR BSJA 28-30TH MAR 08

Friday-The new horses are going well Sam de Niel winning the British Novice Warremo closly being 2nd Sam has all her British Novice double clears now. Digger jumped his 1st Discovery to be placed 3rd behind Warremo who seemed to like blue today, but they got thier double clears. Lady IV was 4th in the 1.15m open and Wacintha was 6th.
Saturday- Warremo went double clear in the British Novice.Digger was 2nd in the discovery beating Andrew and Warremo who was 3rd they both went double clear.Sam de Niel has stepped up a class and was 2nd in the Newcomers class.
Lady IV finished 6th in the 1.15m open.
Sunday-Katherine James Scope Qualifier Andrew and Domenique had four in this class and they all went double clear and qualified, Sam de Niel won,Anique Benetton 3rd, Warremo 5th and Digger 6th. Sam was 2nd in the Discovery class. Anique Oliver got 5th in his 1st Foxhunter class.

DABBS MID-WEEK SHOW 19TH MAR 08

Digger,Warremo and Sam de Niel all went double clear, Sam ended up 3rd,Alamac was clear in the 1st round just a pole in the jump off of the British Novice.Warremo jumped very well to get double clear in the Discovery class.Anique Benetton went double clear in his 1st Newcomers.

ROWALLAN TUES SHOW 18TH MAR 08

Rowallan has clear round before the bsja starts so we took Mickey and Dannii for that and it gave them an outing without to much pressure as it was 1st time away from home for Dannii.They both went really well and jumped everything. Digger and Sam de Niel were 3rd and 4th in the British Novice going double clear aswell Warremo and Alamac both had one down in the jump off in the British Novice.Anique Benetton won the Discovery Warremo had a pole down in the jump off. It wa sa good night and a late one home.

DABBS INTRO SHOW 15TH MAR 08

In the 1st class of the day our home bred horse Anique Dannii Dow was 6th in the 70 cms and was clear in the 80 cms but didn't get placed.Domenique and Andrew got 2 new horses on the way back from France. Digger is one of them, he went double clear and Sam de Niel was double clear and 3rd in the British Novice.

Thursday- Anique Oliver was clear in the 5 year olds,they only had to jump one round and all the clears divided 600 euros.Clicquot and Lady IV jumped clear in the 1.20 A4, Clicquot ended up placed.
Friday-Anique Oliver was clear in the 5 year olds and won some euros.Clicquot went clear in the 1.30m open but got no placing ,Lady IV again went clear in the 1.20m open A4 but wasn't fast enough to get a place.
Saturday- Anique Anisto went double clear in the 6 year olds and was 10th.
Sunday- Anique Oliver clear again in the 5 year olds, joining him this time was Wacintha.
Tuesday-Wacintha clear 5 year olds.Anique Anisto wa s8th in the 6 year olds.
Wednesday- Wacintha and Anique Oliver clear in the 5 year olds. Anique Anisto was 3rd in the 6 year olds.
Thursday- Wacintha and Anique Oliver clear 5 year olds.
Friday- Clicquot clear 1.30m open and placed.Lady IV clear in the 1.20m open and placed.
Saturday- Clicquot clear 1.30m open.
Tuesday-Anique Anisto 1st in the 6 year olds.
Wednesday- Wacintha clear 5 year olds. Anique Anisto 1st in the 6 year olds.
Thursday- Wacintha and Anique Oliver clear 5 year olds. Anique Anisto 5th in the 6 year olds.
Friday-Lady IV clear in the 1.20m open not placed.
Saturday- Lady IV clear and placed in the 1.25m open.

DABBS SNR BSJA 8TH FEB 08

Cirano II was double clear and 3rd in the Foxhunter for the Royal Highland Show, Lady IV was clear in the 1st round but had one down in the jump off. Andrew only jumped that class as we are getting ready to go to France.

DABBS MID-WEEK EVENING SHOW 6TH FEB 2008

Double clear and 2nd in the Discovery for Andrew and Hazel Laughlan's Vyonetty.

DABBS SENIOR BSJA 1ST-3RD FEB 08

Friday- Quantum Ginger and Lady IV were on winning form as they both won there classes Quantum Ginger the 1.10m open and Lady IV the Foxhunter and going double clear as well.

Saturday-Andrew was 1st and 2nd in the Discovery Anique Benetton winning closly followed by Cirano II who is owned by Sue Clarke,Andrew also went double clear on Hazel Laughlan's Vyonetty. Cirano went one better in the Newcomers and went double clear, Wacintha was also 6th.Quantum Ginger headed the 1.10m open. Domenique was pleased with Anique Oliver who was 2nd in the 1.15m open and beat Andrew with Lady IV. Anique Anisto was clear in the 1st round of the Foxhunter but with a pole down in the jump ended up 3rd.

Sunday- Alamac went very well in the British Novice to get 2nd and double clear with Andrew for his owner Carolyn Beattie. Cirano II was 3rd in the Newcomers and 8th in the Foxhunter going double clear in both.

DABBS MID-WEEK EVENING SHOW 23RD JAN 08

Andrew rode Hazel Laughlan's bay mare Vyonetty into 1st in the Discovery and Anique Benetton was 3rd as well both gaining double clears.

SENIOR BSJA 18TH-20TH JAN 2008

Saturday - Anique Benetton started the weekend off on a good note by going double clear and winning the Discovery.Wacintha was 5th in the Newcomers he was also double clear.Lady iv made it a double for Andrew by winning the 1.15m open, Lady iv is owned by Barbara Laing. Clicquot went well for Domenique and was 4th in the 1.30m open and going double clear.

Sunday- The British Novice was won by First to Come ML and he also gained double clear.In the Newcomers Andrew was 1st and 3rd,Ballymark winning for his owners Julie and Alex Adams,Wacintha had a good double clear to be 3rd. Clicquot ended the weekend of jumping for the Anique Sport Horses Team by being 5th in the 1.30m open again going double clear.
