Andrew and I have created Anique Sport Horses as a result of our individual experience in the equine sector.
Our passion for Horses is as deep rooted now as it was when we first discovered the grace and the splendour of the horse. Horses have captured our heart and led us into this for ever challenging field.

We have worked trained and competed horses as far back as memory allows us to recall. This extensive background experience has enabled us to compete at national level with our horses in every domain. Whether it be the precision, pace and freedom of movement you desire in the dressage horse, the power and agility of the show jumping horse, the stamina and braveness of the cross country horse or the versatility of all three for eventing, Anique Sport Horses aim to produce for you the horse to suit your needs!

We have successfully competed in the show ring with show horses and ponies and showed particular talent in the show jumping arena, qualifying our horses for a multitude of finals in Scotland, England and Ireland.

We are moving to Lommel, Belgium

After much thought, we have decided to sell Dabbs Show & Activity Centre and move most of our horses to Belgium, where we will carry on sourcing and producing young talented horses for all disciplines. We will continue to update this website will new email, website, telephone numbers and will post details of our new property in belgium.

SCOTT BRASH WINS BSJA SHOW JUMPER OF THE MONTH OCTOBER 2008

22 year old Scott Brash from Peebles in Scotland has been voted Show Jumper of the Month for October. Scott had amazing success in the National classes at Horse of the Year Show winning both the 7 Year Old Championship and the Horse and Hound Foxhunter.

Riding his father’s seven year old bay gelding Beaujolais V Scott won the seven year old Championship by .16 of a second and showed a class field a clean pair of heels. More was to come on the Thursday night when riding a 6 year old chestnut gelding Sauron M.L., also owned by his father, Scott took the Horse and Hound Foxhunter by a .17 of a second margin.

The panel felt that Scott showed maturity beyond his years in the jump off for both classes and that he was a very deserving winner of the award.

Pat and Nikki Riley of sponsors Zamar TTT said,” A vintage 7 Year Old win on Beaujolais and a crafty Horse and Hound Foxhunter title as well! Scott Brash top class.”
